El quinto álbum de estudio de Sarah Connor: «Soulicious», es un disco de covers con 14 temas de los años 60 y 70's. El primer single es 'The Impossible Dream', un cover interpretado por Diana Ross & The Supremes en 1968.
El álbum comienza con el clásico 'Impossible Dream (The Quest)', interpretado por Diana Ross & The Supremes (1968) y Roberta Flack (1970); otro tema incluido en la selección es 'Your Precious Love', popularizado por Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell; 'Get It Righ' es un tema escrito por Luther R. Vandross y Marcus William Miller Jr. y popularizado por Aretha Franklin (1983).
