The house, which used to belong to the late Uruguayan president Eduardo Víctor Haedo has witnessed innumerable important visits.
Che Guevara, Pablo Neruda, Juan Domingo Perón, Alfonsina Storni have all been through this peaceful house.
You can visit the workshop where Haedo worked at his painting, and walk through its rooms, full of the history of the century.
During the summer different artistic activities are carried out:concerts, exhibitions and presentations.
