Paseo de las Américas

The Paseo de las Americas consists of a group of large sculptures, resulting from an international competition carried out in 1986.
There are eight sculptures distributed on the green areas enclosed by the accesses to the peninsula.
The most well-known of the group is "the fingers", one of the landmarks of Punta del Este.
Another interesting piece is a Kosice sculpture, which is lighted and has a mechanism with water circulation.
