A1884 Mansa Bay: three blocks of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms on the first line facing the sea in Pinares.

Mansa Bay is a development by the Fischer-Rubio studio consisting of three apartment blocks in a park setting with three outdoor pools on the seafront in Pinares.

Each block combines with the rest, offering a diversity of views of the sea and the residential neighborhood environment.

Amenities

Barbecues: Closed premises, located on the rooftops of the buildings, equipped with barbecue grills and furniture (chairs, tables, armchairs and grill).

Swimming pools: 2 heated outdoor swimming pools for adults, surrounded by solarium spaces, paved with deck-type athermic flooring. A small children's pool,
next to one of the main pools.

Solariums: Solarium terraces, conditioned, located on the roof of each building for leisure and recreation uses, and on the ground floor, on the decks around the swimming pools.

Games Rooms: Locals equipped with foosball, pool tables and play stations.

Equipment Room: Rooms equipped with treadmills, spinning and multifunctional machines, one in each block.

Gardens and outdoor spaces: Wide open spaces of their own landscaped and landscaped for recreation and outdoor activities.

Reception, Surveillance and Security: Infrastructure and equipment will be available to implement personal and/or remote Reception and Surveillance systems, and a circuit of security cameras.
